With this Refund and Returns policy, we inform you under which conditions you are eligible for a refund. Or, what procedure you need to follow in order to become eligible for a refund. Henceforth, what you need to do, to return your item or product. Evidently, this refund and returns policy only covers purchases you make through our website thewonderhouse.org.
WE ARE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUND AND RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASED WITH THIRD PARTY WEBSITES TO WHICH WE LINK ON OUR WEBSITE.
30 day threshold
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Consequently, when 30 days have passed since your purchase you are no longer eligible for a refund. Beyond the 30 days threshold we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for return
So, in order for your item or product to become eligible for a return, the following must be the case. Firstly, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In addition, you must inspect the package for damage when you receive it. Secondly, you must leave the item in the original packaging. Furthermore, you are also required to inform us through email, email@example.com. This, if you wish to become eligible for a return on on the item you purchased. Without your written confirmation or request, we do not accept returns.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Following exempted goods are perishable, such as food and flowers, therefore you cannot return these items. Always return to the WONDERHOUSE
Please, do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer. You made your purchase with us. So, we will have to process the return, even if we have to send the product to a third party. Eventual return of a product to the manufacturer is the responsibility of the WONDERHOUSE.
There are certain situations where we can only grant you partial refund:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition. All items which are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Every item or purchase that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
First we need to receive your return is and inspect it. We will send you an email to notify you, that we have received the item you have returned. After that we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Following, when your refund is approved, then we will first process your refund to our bank. That is to say, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
In case you notice, you haven’t received our refund yet. First check your bank account again.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Items and products which have been on Sale we do not give refunds on.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Hence, if you need to exchange your purchase for the exact same item. Then, please send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to our address. Look below.
When your purchase item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you. Then you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received. We will mail a gift certificate to you.
Now, to the case when the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased. Or, the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give the item to you later. In this case we will send a refund directly to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return shipment isn’t covered
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
In addition, when you are returning more expensive items. For the purpose of security of the item, you may have to consider to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. Nevertheless, we cannot and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
